Rainbow is an Internet of Things (IoT) and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) application platform that provides a holistic view of data centers for control, monitoring and analytics. The Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) solution that integrates diverse environmental sensor networks into a cohesive environmental management system, designed to reduce power consumption and improve performance and reliability. The application for DC enables the introduction of wireless sensors into the data center so the working environment is constantly monitored. Data collected by the central system is used for both real-time monitoring of performance, as well as historical analysis and investigation. It integrates the requirements of a Building Management System (BMS) with ICT and integrates with legacy systems for plant monitoring (SCADA), as well as monitoring systems in the operational environment.
