Description
A hybrid network appliance that integrates control, management and data processing in one system. Combines an advanced modular design with field-replaceable components and is equipped with a primary mainboard using two Intel Xeon E5-2600 series processors that handle core network applications and has room for a custom secondary mainboard that is dedicated to a secondary function, such as network processing.
With up to three swappable blades, can be configured with up to 36 1GbE or 12 10GbE network ports in an array of SFP or copper combinations. With two Quad-channel DDR3 modules and two removable SATA hard drive bays, can be expanded to fulfill future needs.
