Sold as either virtualized software or as hardware, Cirpack Class 4 Softswitch NGN interconnects and transit services between different networks to collect and end VoIP and VoTDM traffic and interoperates between VoIP and VoTDM. The Media Gateways NGN manage physical interfaces of signaling and media flows, convert VoTDM media flow in VoIP and vice versa and manage multiprotocol signaling processing resources.
