VoIP Broadband Test Tool
The Broadband Test Tool facilitates network and WAN connection assessment in order to support a proposed service with high Quality of Experience (QoE). This prevents customer support issues before they occur. The tool can be downloaded, installed and run by an end-user. It works by making an increasing number of simultaneous calls to itself, looping the media back through your SBC. It identifies the maximum number of calls the business's connection can support and reports detailed results, including codec, Round-Trip-Time (RTT), Jitter and MOS Score to the MetaView Service Assurance Server (SAS).
