Description
New architectures based on technologies brought about by network virtualization, Software Defined Networking (SDN) and Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) are reshaping networks. NPS highlights the importance of a new class of NPUs that provide a clear separation between control plane and data plane in next-generation networking equipment.
