Subscriber Management Platform (SMP) provides application-aware, user-aware and network-aware service tiering, policy control and real-time charging to deploy differentiated service plans, define service plans with QoS policies and SLAs, and monitor and meter data services over multiple concurrent access types. SMP extends per-user management to large enterprises which provide critical connectivity services to employees.
